GROUP TRAINING
Unlike many of the larger Boot Camps where you may not get enough personal attention from the trainer on form ,design and motivation, The Group of 3 Fit Camp gives you more of that One to One attention to detail on form & function plus Individual Fitness Analysis,Diet & Nutrition Planning ,always challenging,never the same .
a Dynamic mix of CARDIO Routines,TAE-BO ,CORE FOCUS,UPPER BODY ,GLUTES and HIPS,
RESISTANCE : Fitness Bands,Weighted Balls, jFit Balls,Jump Rope,Suspension Training,lite Weights :2-5lb Hand Weights(optional),Stretching ,Fat Burning ,Toning,Stamina & Endurance Building .

CORPORATE TRAINING
Corporate Fitness Classes/Group Fitness is available, 30 min sessions ,lunchtime ,and after
work hours.
